Beachside Leighton is much more than just stunning contemporary architecture and landscape design. The built environment has been created to be in complete harmony with its surroundings.
Inspiration has been taken from the surrounding elements, such as the shifting shapes of limestone, the spray of ocean foam and the geometric frames of the shipping containers from the nearby port. Together they contribute to the look and feel of what will be remarkable buildings.
However, it's not enough that Beachside Leighton is beautiful, it must also be sustainable, and as the winner of the 2008 HIA LandCorp GreenSmart Award for the first release of Beachside, our team knows just how to do it best. We've incorporated measures such as intelligent shading, ceiling fans, rainwater harvesting and floor plans that facilitate natural cross ventilation.
Sun, wind, sand – nature can be harsh and these things can take their toll on buildings. With that in mind, the apartments and penthouses have been designed with materials that can withstand the elements. The result is a home that's both adaptable and visually appealing.
